In sacred sound

That flows forth from The Source

Nurturing

Your heart and Soul

With wondrous Pure Life Force

See

Our Mother's beauty

Feel Father's Love Divine

Merge

With radiant He and She

And let your Spirit shine

God and Goddess

Join as One

In total sacredness

The union

Of The Two in Love

All of Life doth bless

They form

Pure perfect star

Balanced in Love's Light

Lost to self

In Self both glow

Radiant and bright

Drink in deep

Their beauty

Partake of sacred wine

Sip nectar sweet

And feed your Soul

With ambrosia from The Vine

Gaze upon

Pure star of Love

It reaches out to you

Feel the love

Within its heart

And see its wondrous hue

Inhale

Its divine fragrance

Let sacred sound caress

The Essence

Of Creation

Your heart and Soul doth bless

Now return to the top of the page, 

and focus on the beautiful flower until the background music fades.

Relax and become aware of your breath, gently inhaling & exhaling.

Let The Spirit rise within you, as the music slowly attains a crescendo,

and then gently fall back with it into The Silence from which it was born,

where you will find The Sacred Heart of All That Is.
