vibration

true
joy

breath

you
breathe

Life
Force
inside
every
tree

Silence
within
Formless,
boundless,
and
free

Am
The
vastness
of
space
The
whole
of
the
Cosmos,
is
Me

Am
Omnipresent
unseen

Pure
Consciousness
of
all
infinity

Am
In
All
That
There
Is
And
All

of
Me
Be
still,
and
know,
that
I
Am
God
Now
pause
and
be
still
for
a
few
moments.
Focus
on
the

flower
at
the

of

whilst
also
being
aware
of

breath
gently
flowing
in
and
out
of

body,
and
as
the
background
music
gently
fades
into
Silence,
allow
yourself
to
follow
it,

The
Stillness
within
your
own
Being,
where
you
will
find
your
Divine
Holy
Self.
