All things flow

From your own Higher Self

Known also as your Soul

A part of Me

Which is Divine

In Me your Being's whole

In The Silence

All is heard

The Voice of God doth speak

Still yourself

And go within

Where you'll find all you seek

For I do live

Inside of you

I Am your heart and Soul

I Am the very

Breath you breathe

The Love that doth console

I Am The Light

That shines within

That guides your way with love

The Spiritual Essence

Of your sun

That glows from up above

I Am The Music

Of the Spheres

Reverberating round

I Am The Silence

That gives birth

To wondrous Cosmic Sound

I Am The Heart

Of All That Is

In Me your Being lives

I feed your very

Heart and Soul

My Spirit always gives

For I Am Love 

And I Am Life

I'm boundless joyous free

Take My hands

And 'Be' with Me

Through all eternity

"Be still and know that I Am God"

Now pause for a short while, and focus up on the beautiful flower at the top of this page, whilst the music is playing quietly in the background.

Quieten your mind, and let yourself be fully 'Present', in the eternal  moment of Now, and as the music gently fades into silence, allow yourself to go with it, into The Stillness.
