Awareness

Is a state of consciousness

It's not a 'thing' to be pursued

It's absolute knowing

That comes from within

And your whole Being with Love is imbued

No need to travel

To find it elsewhere

No need to roam at all

It dwells deep within

Your own heart and Soul

Just waiting for your call

It's a vibrant connection

With All That There Is

Finding beauty in all that you're seeing

It's constant joy

It's love and peace

It's contentment that fills your whole Being

So pause and be still

And silence your mind

Close your eyes and merge with your Self

Relax and breathe deeply

Be one with your breath

Seek within where you'll find Life's true wealth

For true wealth abides

In the heart of your Soul

Its treasures do glow like the sun

Jewels galore

In radiance do shine

Reflecting Love's Light from The One

Now return to the image of the beautiful flower at the top of this page.

Don't try to give it a name, for then you only connect with it in your mind, 

and thereby cut yourself off from the pure beauty of its true Essence.

Observe its radiant Life Force, and feel it in your heart, 

absorbing The Light of Love that emanates from it,

then as the music gently fades, allow yourself to be drawn into The Vibrant Stillness within it, 

which is also in you.
