Within the heart

Of everyOne

There dwells a Vibrant Light

Eternal Flame

Of Holy One

Radiant and bright

Close your eyes

And go within

Your heart and not your mind

Pause be still

Let feelings guide

Seek and ye shall find

The Light of Love

Doth beckon thee

Release all doubt and fear

Your Spirit waits

It whispers low

With inner ears now hear

Feelings fill

Your heart and Soul

With love that's so sublime

Let go

Let God envelop you

Slip outside of time

Take your fill

Of nectar sweet

In radiance you will shine

Stay a while

And quench your thirst

On wondrous heavenly wine

See The Heart of God, in the heart of every flower,

and know that SHe is also in your heart too, and indeed in the  heart of everyOne,

whether they realise it or not!

Now return to the image of the beautiful flower at the top of this page, whilst the music continues to play quietly in the background, and focus upon the wondrous Divine Life Force, that is radiating from its pure heart of gold.

Then as the music slowly fades into silence, take a deep breath and close your eyes, allowing yourself to flow with it into the stillness within your own Being, where you will find The Sacred Heart of All That Is.
