Now take a few moments to pause and be still. 

Focus on the beautiful image at the top of this page, whilst the music continues to play quietly in the background. Don't try to label it, just observe its beauty.

Take in a deep breath through your nose, and exhale through your mouth, relaxing your body, and stilling your mind, then just become aware of the natural rhythm of your breath, effortlessly flowing in and out.

Then as the music slowly fades into silence, take another deep breath and close your eyes, and allow yourself to flow with it into The Stillness within your own Being, where you will find The Essence of all Creation ~ The Pure Consciousness of Life Itself!
