In the realms

Of Absolute

Time doth not exist

'tis only in

The relative

To experience opposites

No 'good' no 'bad'

Just 'Isness''

Pure Consciousness just 'Being'

No 'right' no 'wrong'

Just choices

Feeling knowing seeing

When you've done

Comparing

And realising Self

You dwell in

An awareness

Of Joy and Spiritual wealth

Your inner world

Is peaceful

You're happy and content

No matter what

Exists outside

Your Heaven you invent

For Heaven Is

Pure Consciousness

'tis not a 'place' we go

It's a level 

Of awareness

When our Selves we truly know

A state of

Inner Knowing

Of Joy and Love Divine

It's found within

Your heart and Soul

Where All doth glow and shine

It's available

To everyOne

Not just a chosen few

So seek within

And you will find

God lives inside of you

So now return to the top of the page for a while, and focus upon the beautiful image there, whilst the music continues to play quietly in the background. 

Then as the music gently fades into silence, follow it into The Stillness, by closing your eyes and then focusing upon your breathing. 

Be aware of each breath gently flowing in and out of your body. Feel the Lifeforce within you; vibrant, yet still. You may be able to sense it as a slight tingling sensation.

Don't try to force anything, just be quiet and still for a few minutes, within your own Being, for that is where you will find Your Divine Holy Self.

"The Kingdom is within you"
