The journey's within

Not some place outside

To The Heart of All That There Is

It's finding your Being

Your Essence Divine

The Source of Pure Joy and Bliss

There's no destination

The journey is endless

It's The Life Force in constant creation

Expressing Itself

In all manner of ways

Re-creating in joy and elation

It's continual experience

Of Being Itself

From Itself to Itself ever flowing

In breaths and out breaths

Of Pure Life Itself

All seeing all hearing all knowing

So pause and be still

And journey within

Close your eyes and seek for your Self

Where silently glows

An Eternal Pure Flame

That lights up the way to true wealth

Slip out of your mind

And into your heart

And delve into deep inner space

Where stillness pervades

At the core of your Being

Your true Self with love now embrace

Now return to the beautiful image at the top of the page, and focus on Its Presence, whilst the music continues to play quietly in the background, for you are made of the same Divine Essence, as is the whole of The Universe and everything in it. Everything that exists, seen and unseen, is a manifestation of Pure Consciousness, and you can connect with Its Source, which is your Source also, by closing your eyes and journeying into the stillness of that deep inner space that exists within your own Being. So flow with the music, and allow it to transport you into the Stillness, as it gently fades into silence.
