Feelings flood

My heart and Soul

No words can e'er convey

I am content

In total peace

Forever and a day

The Love I feel

Doth fill me so

Beyond all mortal knowing

Pure Love of God

And All That Is

My heart and Soul are glowing

My chalice filled

With Love Divine

Pure nectar for my Soul

Sacred wine

Doth flow so free

Love Is The Source and Goal

Love Is God

And God Is Life

And Life Is All There Is

The Three Are One

And All The Same

Pure Total Holy Bliss

Realise

There's only Love

Seek it first not last

Love's the way

To God and Life

Its treasures oh so vast

Now pause and be still for a few moments.

Focus on the beautiful flower at the top of this page.

Be aware of your breath gently flowing in and out of your body.

Rest in your heart and Soul, and just 'Be', allowing yourself to  feel and absorb The Energy within,

then let yourself be gently transported into The Stillness, as the music softly fades into Silence.
