Eternal Life

Is all around

If only you would look

It's there for all

To see and read

In Nature's open book

She holds the key

To All That Is

Her secrets are revealed

To all who seek

With open heart

Her Truth is not concealed

Look at Life

With heart not mind

Feel the beauty there

Wondrous treasures

To behold

For all who wish to share

For Mother lives

Outside of time

'tis Cosmic Law She knows

She Is in tune

With Life Itself

In sacred rhythm glows

Waxing waning

In and out

Within the law of SHe

Eternal cycles

Of The One

In perfect harmony

Now allow yourself to pause and be still for a few moments.

Relax your body and quieten your mind, and focus upon the beautiful flower at the top of this page, whilst the music continues to play quietly in the background.

Enjoy just 'Being' in a peaceful state of timelessness, in tune with Mother Nature, and All That Is, and as the music slowly fades into The Silence from whence it was born, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be transported with it, into The Stillness within your own Being, where you will find your timeless Eternal Self.
